When I checked in it was late and I was tired the young lady who helped me was the best. I never got her name I only know she was from Nepal. She was helpful and pleasant she reminded me of when people were decent to each other. She was an absolute blessing. The young lady is a true asset to your company!

The unappealing campers that were along the street in front of the hotel with all kinds of trash and such was horrible for them to have to deal with BUT it’s ALL been cleaned up and moved away so the street has appeal again and the hotel doesn’t seem to be trashy type now.

Super convenient price, walking distance from the Coliseum, near the airport. Perfect wifi and cleaness, water and coffee available 24 hrs at the main lobby.

The bed was comfortable and clean for sure! Renovated 3rd floor rooms was a really nice change. Hot Breakfast thumbs up! Staff and security were really nice and helpful!

The room was really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot is gated and has a security guard.

I was here for a concert at the Oakland arena so the distance was very good ! This place was pretty clean!
